Prakash Akolkar and Gurbir Singh have been elected President and Chairman of the Press Club of Mumbai respectively, for a two-year term, after elections were held on Saturday (July 26).
Rajesh Mascarenhas has been elected secretary, while Kumar Ketkar is the new vice chairman, according to a release issued by the Press Club of Mumbai.
Abhijit Sathe and Mrityunjay Bose have been elected as its joint secretary and treasurer respectively.
Those elected to the managing committee are Santosh Andhale, Santosh Bane, Preeti Somura, Dharmendra Jore, Om Prakash Tiwari, Ayaz Memon, Ashish Raje, Ajit Joshi, Sudhkar Kashyap and Anahita Mukherjee.
