We are enclosing herewith a Confirmation certificate dated January 05 2026 for the third quarter endedDecember 31 2025 as received from Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company i.e. Beetal Financial &Computer Services (P) Limited pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Depositoriesand Participants) Regulation 2018 as amended from time to time.

BLS International Services Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Response to Query on Submission of financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025 in Machine Readable and Searchable Form of BLS International Services Limited ( the Company )'.

Dear Sir / MadamPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) and in continuation of the Companys earlier intimation dated October 11 2025 regarding the order passed by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) imposing a Debarment on BLS International Services Limited (the Company) from participation in future tenders of the MEA and India Mission abroad for period of two (2) years we wish to inform you of the following development:The Company had challenged the aforesaid debarment order by filing a writ petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi. The Company has received an order from the Honble High Court of Delhi setting aside the debarment order passed by the MEA. Consequently the debarment imposed on the Company pursuant to the said order stands quashed.
