This has reference to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations).In accordance with the said Regulations please find enclosed the details of the scheduled meetings

Further to our letter dated August 11 2025 we wish to inform you that accession agreements have been entered into by Roots Corporation Limited the wholly owned subsidiary of The Indian Hotels Company Limited pursuant to which RCL has acquired 51% share capital in each ANK Hotels Private Limited (ANK) and Pride Hospitality Private Limited (Pride).

This has reference to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations).In accordance with the said Regulations please find below the details of the scheduled meeting.

In furtherance to our letter of date and with reference to Regulation 30 (6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) please find enclosed a copy of the investors / analyst presentation titled Strategic Partnership with Atmantan foray into Integrated Wellness.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that following approval of the Board of Directors a duly constituted Committee of the Board has today approved and the Company executed a Share Subscription cum Purchase Agreement and a Shareholders Agreement to acquire a 51% equity stake for Rs. 240 crores in Sparsh Infratech Private Limited a company that owns and operates a health and wellness resort by the name Atmantan at Mulshi Maharashtra.
