Un-audited financial results of the Company alongwith Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025.

Nitta Gelatin India Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.

Confirmation Certificate received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent M/s. CAMEO Corporate Services Limited Chennai under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
