In due course the company got registered as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) Non- Deposit accepting (ND-Non SI) under the Reserve Bank of India Act 1932 on 2nd May 1998.The company was promoted & managed by 7 promoters in 1981 and In the year 2011 the company was taken over by M/s Marigold Investrade pvt. Ltd. a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) of Sangam Group of Companies through an open offer with an intention to trigger new energy and enthusiasm and to redefine the path of progress of the company.The Company is mainly in to finance Industrial enterprises and to promote form or acquire any company to pursue the business as empowered by the Memorandum of Association.
