In addition the company is a partner in M/S Park View Developer and M/S Park View Developer is engaged in construction activity.During the year 2015 the face value of share was sub divided from Rs. 10/- per share to Re. 1/- per share vide the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 6th June 2014.During the year 2016 the company has given Corporate Guarantee 200 Lacs bank for credit facilities granted by them to M/s. Park View Developers a Partnership Firm where the Company is a Partner.During FY 2017-18 the company continued the said guarantee of 200 Lacs bank for credit facilities granted by them to M/s. Park View Developers a Partnership Firm where the Company is a Partner. The loan taken by the partnership firm has been repaid fully on 03 May 2018.
