AkzoNobel India opens agrochemicals lab in Thane
The lab has been built with an investment of Rs 13 million

AkzoNobel India Ltd, a part of the Netherlands-based AkzoNobel Group, has formally inaugurated a new laboratory facility at its Thane site on July 2, 2014. The laboratory, built with an investment of about Rs 13 million, will primarily focus on catering to the needs of agrochemicals sector in India.
Globally, AkzoNobel provides innovative surface chemistry technologies for crop-protection and the enhancement of agrochemical products. It serves formulators and active ingredient producers with solutions that are environmentally safe, biodegradable and cost effective.
