T S Vishwanath resigns as Alstom T&D India's Chairman

T S Vishwanath has resigned as Alstom T&D India’s Chairman, a position he has been holding since February 4, 2011. Alstom T & D India Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board meeting of the Company held on June 16, 2014, T S Vishwanath, Chairman communicated his decision to resign from the Board as Director and Chairman with effect from July 01, 2014. Alstom T&D India has appointed Michel Augonnet, Non-executive Director of the company, as Chairman of the Board of Directors and will assume office with effect from July 1, 2014.
