With reference to the captioned Rights Issue we hereby inform you that pursuant to resolution passed bythe Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on Tuesday 10th June 2025 the date ofclosure of the captioned Right Issue which had opened on Monday 23rd June 2025 and scheduled toclose on Monday 7th July 2025 has now been extended by the Company from Monday 7th July 2025 toTuesday 22nd July 2025.Additionally the trading period for the Rights Entitlement (RE) which was earlier scheduled to close on1st July 2025 have been extended to 16th July 2025 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders toexercise their rights in the Rights Issue.
