Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 with reference to the Honble NCLT order dated 27.03.2025 and with reference to the Resolution plan of Mr. Mukesh Goel (Successful Resolution Applicant) all the existing Directors on the BOD of the company cease to be the Directors and CFO of the company w.e.f 27.03.2025 (date of Order).
