Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31 2025 are made public.
