On the recommendation of the Audit Committee Meeting held on May 27 2025 Boardapproved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter andfinancial year ended March 31 2025 the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 312025 the Statement of Cash Flow as at March 31 2025 and the Auditors Report withunmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarterand year ended on March 31 2024.
