The Company has informed the exchange that the honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) New Delhi Bench Court IV at its hearing held today i.e. the 25th February 2025 in the matter of IL&FS v/s. Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited have commenced the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the Company in respect to the application filed by IL&FS financial Services Limited under section 7 of IBC 2016.
