The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today has appointed Mrs. Garima Mandhania as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 with immediate effect. Mrs. Garima Mandhania is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No. A62347) and holds a bachelors degree in LLB and Bachelor Degree in Commerce. She has 1.5 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial Matters. Her appointment shall be effective from 10th May 2023.The Board meeting commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M.
