Assam Entrade Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 22 2025 pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances the Meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 27 2025 is now postponed and re-scheduled on Friday May 30 2025 inter alia to 1) Consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2025.2) Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further as informed earlier as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and companys internal code for prohibition of insider trading (code) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated persons of company defined under the code has already been closed from April 01 2025 till 48 hours after the results pursuant to the said meeting are made public.
