BMP & Co. LLP Company Secretaries (Firm Registration Number: L2017KR003200) a Peer Reviewed Firm as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-2030 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
