This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from January 01 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.Accordingly all the Designated Persons their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to deal in the Equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
