In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 following decisions have been taken by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Thursday 25th May 2023:1. Approval of Appointment of Mr. Chintan Amrish Patel Managing Director and CEO of the Company as a Chairperson of the Company.
