Avance Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 and the proposal for raising of funds by way of preferential issue rights issue qualified institutional placement (QIP) or any other permissible mode subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required.
