Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR 2015 the Company has fixed Saturday the 12th July 2025 as the record date for determining entitlement of Members to Final Dividend for Financial year ended 31st March 2025. If final dividend as recommended by Board of Directors is approved at the AGM payment of such dividend subject to deduction of tax at source will be made after 26th July 2025 but within stipulated time.
