Amendments to the Main Object Clause and Other Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval by the shareholders.2. Draft notice of postal ballot and other incidental matters thereto.3. Appointment of the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process; and4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
