Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Principal Commissioner Central GST & Central Excise Patna Bihar imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Input Tax credit availed pertaining to five financial years from 2018-19 to 2023-24. The details as required under SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13 2023 are enclosed herewith.
