We have received listing approval from BSE Limited via their letter LOD/PREF/KD/FIP/755/2025-26 dated August 22 2025 this approval is granted under regulation 28(1) of SEBI LODR 2015 covers the listing of 4500000 (forty five lacs) equity shares with face value 10/- each issued at premium of Rs. 2.5/- each.
