Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Bliss GVS Pharma Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) had invoked arbitration proceedings against PAN Pharmaceuticals Limited (Nairobi Kenya) for recovery of its outstanding dues by way of filing a petition seeking appointment of an arbitrator before the Supreme Court of India.
