The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Wednesday 14th August 2024 had approved and taken on record quarterly financial results for quarter ended on 30th June 2024. These unaudited financial results were subject to Limited Review by the Companys Statutory Auditors M/s Acharyya Swapan & Co Chartered Accountants (Regn. No. 325797E) and were also reviewed by the Companys Audit Committee in their meeting held on the same date.
