Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025

This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window to deal with securities of Bombay Talkies Limited (the Company) will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from January 01 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2025 (both days inclusive).The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
