BRAHMAPUTRA INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 29/29(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 28th July 2023 at the registered office of the company to consider the following business:1. To propose increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration in Clause V of the Memorandum of Association subject to obtaining the approval of the shareholders of the Company.2. A proposal for issue of instrument Optionally Convertible Preference shares (OCPS) convertible securities of any description or warrants or debt through preferential issue private placements as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
