Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that Mr. Aslam Gopalpuria Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide his letter dated 08th August 2025 and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hour on 14th August 2025.
