Britannia Industries announced that Varun Berry (DIN: 05208062), Executive Vice-Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer has tendered his resignation on 6 November 2025. He shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 10 November 2025.
