CG Power & Industrial Solutions announced that that the regulatory approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States has been obtained on 10 March 2025 for the acquisition of Radio Frequency (RF) Components business of Renesas Electronics America Inc. & other affiliate entities of Renesas Electronics Corporation.
