Cyient announces incorporation of a step-down subsidiary - Cyient DLM Inc.

Cyient announced that CYIENT DLM INC has been incorporated under General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, USA as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyient DLM, which is a subsidiary of Cyient.

Cyient DLM Inc will be a step down subsidiary of the Company.
