Home First Finance Company India has allotted 1,31,243 equity shares under ESOP on 27 November 2024.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased Rs. 17,84,72,664 consisting of 8,92,36,332 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,87,35,150 consisting of 8,93,67,575 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
