HUDCO update on proposed Zero Coupon Bond issuance of Rs 5,000 cr
Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) announced that the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance has, vide notification dated 17 April 2025, permitted the company to issue 5,00,000 Zero Coupon Bonds with tenure of ten years one month for amount of Rs. 5,000 crore to be paid on maturity.
