Tata Steel receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Tata Steel announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has approved the scheme of amalgamation amongst the company and The Indian Steel & Wire Products Limited and their respective shareholders. The scheme is pending sanction from the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, having jurisdiction over the transferee company.
