Acrysil Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board in its meeting held on October 03, 2012 has allotted 1486000 (Fourteen Lac Eighty Six Thousand) shares, entitling the eligible shareholders for fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares, of Rs. 10/- each in the proportion of One Equity Share for every Two Equity Share held.
