Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing and Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 05th August 2025 inter-alia considered and approved the following transactions:1. Appointment of M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates; Chartered Accountants Ahmedabad as the Internal Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2025-26.Further the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is attached as Annexure - A2. Any other matter with the permission of the chairman.
