With reference to our earlier intimation dated 09.01.2025 in respect of change in the CFO of the company we would like to reiterate that Mr. Chaithanya Agasthyaraju who was appointed by the Board of Directors on 09.01.2025 has taken charge of the office of CFO (KMP) of the company effective 07.02.2025.
