In accordance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited a subsidiary of the Company has received a letter dated 1* July 2025 from National Highways Authority of India notifying 09® July 2025 as the Appointed Date for the Project.
