Further to our letters dated October 25 2023 and October 07 2024 please be informed that the Company has on March 18 2025 received an Order of the Honble NCLT of the same date directing the Company to convene a meeting of the Equity Shareholders for the purpose of considering and if thought fir approving the proposed amalgamation embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation amongst the Company Sonmil and Dukes (subsidiaries) and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230-232 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Rules framed thereunder.Please take the same on record.
