With respect to Regulations 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has been changed from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited (Aarthi Consultants) to Skyline Financial Services Private Limited (Skyline). Accordingly Skyline will now act as the RTA for the Equity Shares of the Company.
