Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015) we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday the 24th July 2024 which commenced at 5.55 P.M. and concluded at 6.50 P.M. inter-alia has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
