We are pleased to inform you that pursaunt to the provisions of Reg. 42of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and section 91 of the companies act 2013 the register of members and share transfer books shall remain closed from 7th August 2025 to 13th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM scheduled to be held on 13/08/2025.
