The Members of the Company have at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting held on Friday August 22 2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Neelesh Kumar Jain Practicing Company Secretary Proprietor of N.K.J & Associates (Certificate of Practice No. 5233) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive financial years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 to the financial year 2029-30.
