Dhampur Bio Announcement

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find attached copies of business standard wherein the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31 2025 have been published.

In continuation to our earlier announcements and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the complete normalcy in the manufacturing operations of the Unit Mansurpur has been restored.

Approved unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday January 21 2026 has inter-alia approved Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the CARE Ratings Limited has revised the credit rating(s) of the instruments of the Company.
