Further to our letter dated 09th April 2025 in reference to notice of the Board meeting to be held on Friday 16th May 2025 this is to inform you that the Board in its meeting would also consider the declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25.The company has fixed Wednesday 21st May 2025 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of members/ Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the above Dividend if declared by the Board.
