Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time( PIT Regulations) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT Regulations from April 1 2023 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2023 ( Financial Statements) become generally available information. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia to approve the Financial Statements will be intimated in due course.
