In continuation to our letters dated 10th February 2025 and 1st March 2025 on the subject we further inform that the Company has accepted separation of 57 permanent workman on its rolls under Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) for its plant situated at L-6/3 (LPDC) MIDC Industrial Area Waluj Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar. Maharashtra. This would entail a pay-out of ~ Rs. 106.35 million towards VSS.
