Exit Letter of Offer along with Application Form and Securities Transfer Form from Promoters/ Acquirers has been dispatched to all the Public Shareholders of the Company who did not or were not able to participate in the Reverse Book Building process or who unsuccessfully tendered their Equity Shares in the Reverse Book Building process (Residual Shareholders). The Exit Letter of Offer along with Application Form and Securities Transfer Form has also been sent as an attachment to all those shareholders whose email ids are registered with Registrar of the Company i.e. Bigshare Services Private Limited.
