Garden Reach Sh. Announcement

In terms of Reg. 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into an MoU with Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) on 09 Feb 2026. This MoU was signed in order to form a Consortium for submitting a bid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender issued by the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI).In this regard the copy of the press release is enclosed herewith.

In terms of Regulation 30 read with para A of part A of schedule lll of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Analysts and Brokers Meet is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 04.30 p.m. at BSE Convention Hall Dalal Street - Mumbai to discuss the Financial Performance of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025 and way forward. The details of the Analysts and Brokers meet is enclosed herewith.

This has reference to our letter dated 28 Jan 2026 on the subject matter of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 and declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26We are enclosing herewith a copy of the revised press release titled GRSE Q3 Results: Consistent Performance & Strong Numbers
