This has reference to our letter dated 28 Jan 2026 on the subject matter of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 and declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26We are enclosing herewith a copy of the revised press release titled GRSE Q3 Results: Consistent Performance & Strong Numbers

In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with M/s K2 Cranes & Components Private Limited on 28 Jan 2026. This MoU was signed for the design development and Manufacturing of Marine defence and shipyard cranes and associated equipment. In this regard a copy of Press Release is enclosed.

This has reference to our letter dated 28 Jan 2026 on the Subject matter of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 and Declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26We are enclosing herewith a copy of Press Release titled GRSE Q3 Results: Consistent Performance & Strong Numbers.

This has reference to our letter dated 14 Jan 2026. In terms of Reg 30 and 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday 28 Jan 2026 has declared 2nd Interim Dividend for the FY 2025-26 @ Rs. 7.15/- per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 81.90 Crore out of the profits of the Company for the nine months ended 31 Dec 2025. Further the Board of Directors has fixed Tuesday 03 Feb 2026 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.The meeting commenced at 1430 hours and concluded at 1630 hours.

This has reference to our letter dated 14 Jan 2026. In terms of Reg 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 please find the following: a. Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31 Dec 2025. b.
