This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time The Board Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Balasubramanian Raman as Managing Director cum CFO and Mrs. Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from 01st May 2025 to 30th April 2028 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
